After experiencing the journey to become healthier, Cristina began teaching group fitness in 2011 to share her passion and experiences with others. She enjoys motivating others to find their fittest and strongest self both physically and mentally through exercise, improved diet, and holistic wellness. She considers teaching to be a vocation which she has been called upon and enjoys passing on the gift of her knowledge with others. Cristina is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), TRX Suspension Training, and is a Yoga Alliance 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Cristina currently teaches body conditioning, interval training, and yoga classes and provides personal training sessions in Manhattan in NYC.
